A 1.5hr Anusara flow class focusing on opening and strengthening the upper back, shoulders and heart space.
This is a mixed ability class suitable for those who either have some previous yoga experience or a reasonable level fitness.
The theme of the class is paying thanks to our teachers – often known as “guru yoga” in philosophies of the East.
All proceeds from the class will be donated the the India Covid relief fund.
